I got them through a warranty company. They fixed a faucet and replaced a water heater. The guy Joe was exceptional. He is quick and he is knowledgeable. He did the cleanup after his work. They are professionals. They are also very proactive in getting you scheduled and fitting you in in case of any cancellation or an open slot.

The company responded within 48 hrs of my home warranty service request. The tech explained what to expect and possible out of pocket costs. On appt day, the technician requested to arrive earlier. He was respectful and patient with my animals. He replaced the garbage disposal and left. I stupidly didnt check to see if it worked before he left only that it wasnt leaking anymore because the water damage under the sink was my bigger concern. A day later I tried to use the garbage disposal and it didnt work. I called and left a message and havent heard back and my warranty company sent a message. I dont know if it is a separate issue or something he forgot to do, but it would be nice to have a follow up call or a return visit to check the issue. Update: The tech was sent back to my home and he said it is an electric issue and transferred the service request to an electrician.
